カープ君Purchased at the Hankyu Sake Brewery Festival. It is a sake made by the Miyako Nishiki Sake Brewery in Gotsu City, Shimane Prefecture, which was once closed but was revived after 2022. The rice is rice rice Tsuyahime (grown in Shimane Prefecture with reduced use of agricultural chemicals), a very special kind of sake. It was an easy-drinking sake with fresh acidity and sweet-spicy flavor typical of nama-shu.
