This is a light nigori sake.
This is the only sake made with Yamadanishiki produced in Kurodasho, the company's own rice field, and pressed completely to order.
It has a muscat-like nose with a slight banana nuance in the overtone.
The mild sweetness spreads with the freshness that comes from the freshness of the sake, while the beautiful acidity and firm bitterness typical of Kuheiji, along with a hint of astringency, bring the lingering taste to a close.
I thoroughly enjoyed this once-a-year pleasure!
