The premium sake rice developed in Iwate Prefecture, Yunokou, is used at 50% polished rice. This luxurious junmai ginjo is bottled fresh from the pressing, and is full of seasonal flavor. The impression is moist and lustrous, with a beautifully rich flavor. It has a sweet atmosphere reminiscent of muscat and lychee. It has a very luscious aroma with a strong impression.
