Happy New Year!
This is the sake for New Year's Day!
It's my favorite sake from Snow Kayasha.
It is sweet like a white peach. It is firm and has a strong umami flavor. It is really delicious. The balance is also wonderful! I'm a big fan of the Yamahai sake from the Snow Kayasha brewery, but I can't stop drinking this one.
I am happy to be able to drink this from New Year's Day!
