This is a summer-only sake from Tochigi Asahioki. It is freshly pressed on June 22nd with 50% polished rice. It has a fruity aroma like a Japanese pear. Compared to the aroma, the taste is mellow and sweet and sour. It also has a bitter taste, but with a clean aftertaste. A bottle with the best cost performance.
