ハヤカワ
SENKOKU Kabutomushi is a 50% Yamadanishiki sake separately brewed for summer drinking.
The sake in the transparent bottle is slightly golden in color and looks like sweet honey, a favorite of Kabutomushi.
The lightness, typical of a summer limited edition, and the assertiveness of the acidity reveal the "Sentori character.
It is a low-alcohol sake with an alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius, but it is light yet has a strong presence.
The taste is typical of Sentori.
The sweet and sour taste goes very well with oily dishes such as pork.
