I purchased this sake at Fujisawaya Sake Shop in Itabashi, Tokyo. I couldn't help but reach for it when I saw the new sake in the refrigerator next to the regular junmai ginjo. The "NEWBORN" on the label was very exciting.
The sake was a little shwashy in the mouth. Perhaps because it is a new sake, it is fruity and a little rough. The aftertaste is clear and full.
