Tochigi Sake
SENKOU Mukaku
This sake is popular on SNS and Youtube. I couldn't find it anywhere near my neighborhood, so when I went to Tokyo, I bought it with snowballs at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Nihonbashi.
Hasegawa has Ganki, Gakki Masamune, Keiraku, and Ippakusuisei, and there were many sakes I wanted to drink, but my refrigerator was at its limit, so I only had the Sentori.
Maybe I should buy a small refrigerator exclusively for sake.
When I put SENKOKU MUJIN in my mouth, the acidity spread like green apples, and even though it is fire-aged, it is as fresh as a fresh sake. It is like a white wine made from rice. The way the rice flavor spreads is gorgeous and delicious.
