It is 2023 (brewed in the 2023 brewing year). It has the richness and sharpness of Yamadanishiki rather than mellowness. The Kyuheiji we had just before that was also made with Yamadanishiki. There are rice varieties suitable for sake brewing, aren't there? I really wanted to buy Kuheiji's Kurodasho at the liquor store today, but unfortunately they didn't have it, so I bought Houou Mita, which I had wanted to drink for a long time. Thanks for the treat.
