This series was compared to Dive to Future well. It had the same schwashy feeling but was dry and went down my throat quickly and was really good with a nice aftertaste. ☺️ My personal preference is for Dive to Future, but I will drink both again next year 🤤. Rice used: Yuki-no-Joshin (according to internet research) Rice polishing ratio: 50% Sake degree: -4 (according to internet research) Acidity: 1.7 (according to internet research) Amino acids: - Alcohol level: 14 degrees (according to internet research)
