Nishinoseki Special Junmai Aki-agari
When I lived in Oita, I was a frequent customer of Nishinoseki. I have the impression that it is easy to pair with dishes that have a strong umami flavor.
This time I paired it with oysters from Hinase in Okayama Prefecture.
The robust flavor of the autumn harvest goes well with the newest oysters from Hinase, my favorite oyster growing region in Japan😍.
I think this combination is ⭕️ 😋.
