The Jun-Gin was so delicious, so my expectations are high!
The aroma is intense semedyne!
From the first sip to the fourth sip, it smells like semedyne, which is honestly disappointing😞.
Once you get used to it, you can tell it's sake!
It has a strong acidity that makes it very refreshing and goes well with strong flavored food😅.

雅(☝︎ ՞ਊ ՞)☝︎After 3 days of opening the bottle, the aroma and taste changed dramatically.
The unpleasant semedyne smell disappeared and the fruity aroma and taste changed to green apple and pear.
