When you take a sip, a gentle sweetness first escapes through the nose.
From there, a moderately sour, clean, fruity taste spreads in the mouth. The sweetness you felt at first lingers in the mouth for a long, long time as the aftertaste. It is interesting that the sweetness does not deteriorate at all until the aftertaste.
