Suwa Gokura Tour (4) Reijin" Reijin Shuzo The entrance and exit are separate, and there is a water tap on the entrance side where you can drink free brewing water. This brewery also makes beer, which can be tasted for a fee. You are given four coins and can choose from four of the six types of sake on the sake server, or two glasses of sake and one glass of local beer. Since my pace was quite fast, I drank the two coins of the higher quality sake to limit the amount of sake. Reijin Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki. It is mild, clean, and easy to drink. It has a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste. Nozomi Daiginjo It is clean, clear, and free of bitterness. It has a very well-rounded flavor, and although it is more light, it is delicious. Reijin Junmai Ginjo A little fruity, and the most flavorful of all the wines we drank here. The Junmai Reijin I drank before gave the impression of being quite mellow and full-flavored, but it has changed my impression of the various types of Reijin they make.
