It's delicious! Junmai Ginjo with a gentle flavor.
The label with a twinkling starry sky is cool and nice. I wondered if it was a reference to Tsukuba City, then read the description and thought it was even nicer.
I like the sake from Ibaraki Prefecture, with its gentle image.
It went well with pork dishes with black vinegar sauce.
