I don't often drink honjozo, but I guess I enjoy the aroma. Isohajime is very famous in Yaizu.
It was a day to try various Shizuoka sake at a Shizuoka oden restaurant in Dogenzaka, Shibuya.

Yeast used: New-5 (Shizuoka)
