It's the kind that people in Kansai drink and when I went to buy it, it was sold out and I couldn't drink it for a long time. This one seems to be a different lot from the prototype sold at Ricaman. I heard that at Rice and Agave, craft saké will be called kosake from now on. Grapefruit aroma. Minty and limey flavors as well. The bitterness is beer-like due to the use of hops, but it also feels like grapefruit bitterness. I like the classic label 😁. Surprised at the 90% milling ratio 😳

Good evening, bouken. Congratulations on getting Hanakaze 🎉I was drinking it thinking that it has a stable sake quality among craft saké. I don't feel any miscellaneous taste that is 90% polished rice 😊.

Thank you, Hirupeco 🥺. Rice and agave, I don't know if it's partly because what I've had so far is fire-roasted, but it's stable 🤔. And yes, it doesn't have any miscellaneous taste😊. I was surprised to see the specs after drinking some 😅
