Tsuketaro Sake Shop Asaura Sencha Sake Saemidori 🍵.
This is a sake x sencha craft saké, but it's so off-the-wall that I can't picture what it tastes like at all 😅
The color is light brown like sencha and the aroma is completely plum liqueur 🤩 The taste is sweet, bitter and umami, similar to kijoshu or brandy, and it doesn't taste too much like green tea.
It is a perfect description of a liqueur, so I felt it would be good on the rocks or with soda 🤗.
It's interesting to see how many new and challenging drinks are coming out one after the other. ☺️

I would like to try this sake if I find it, but it takes courage to buy it! The challenge of the brewer is great, but the challenge of Mr. Kirataso is also great 😆👍I'm glad it's tasty 😉.

Good evening 😊 It tastes more like plum liqueur than tea, so I was familiar with it 😆 I think it could have been a little more tea-like 🙌
