At home. Izumo souvenir bought by myself. It is dry, mild, slightly acidic, and umami. Rice used: 100% Sakonishiki, Rice polishing ratio: 55%, Alcohol content: 16%, Sake meter: +15. It is said to be dry and refreshing because of Izumo's soft water and wooden tank pressing.
