Miyazaki Prefecture is the 45th of the 47 prefectures in Japan.
Purchased at a roadside station during a drive in Takachiho.
The taste was unlike anything I have ever experienced before.
The sweetness of the rice came out slowly from the back, but it quickly faded away, leaving me with the feeling that I wanted to enjoy the sweetness a little more.
We served it chilled at first, but when we tried it warmed, a slight graininess came out.
I think this sake has a rather strong character.
