＜Gentle and easy to drink lemonade.
Following the previous "Sudachi Cold Sake", "Setouchi Lemon Cold Sake" was just released in March.
The color is slightly yellow.
The aroma is slightly lemon.
The mouthfeel is like a gentle lemonade. The taste is also lemon. But there is no acidic stimulation, and it is gentle and easy to drink. From there, there is a soft sweetness and a hint of bitterness. Yes, it is delicious!
Compared to the Sudachi cold sake, the sweetness is a bit more pronounced and the acidity is rather subdued. However, it is very easy to drink and has the same fresh, fluffy sweetness and clean aftertaste.
However, the sweetness is not quite as well integrated, if only slightly. It was more natural in the case of the Sudachi cold sake. However, it is only a little bit, and this baby is also delicious.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Constance from "Red Pig". She is one of the four sisters of Fio's cousin and the third one to greet Porco, the girl in pink. Fresh and cute.
