HououbidenFLY HIGH 2nd 〜ミクマリ〜
Ryohei
I had a bottle of Mikumari from Houou Mita that I had been curious about for a long time.
It was written that it had a gaseous taste, but it was so shrizzy that I thought it was a sparkling wine.
After the gaseous sensation, I could taste the sweetness that is typical of Hououmida, but the sweetness was restrained, and the taste did not fight with the gaseous sensation.
Each sake brewer has released various brands, and it is very good that the core taste remains the same while new flavors are introduced.
I would like to enjoy different sake again.
Thank you very much for the food and drinks.
