This is a delicious sake suitable for warming up.
There are many light, dry wines of the same aging type, but this one has a perfect balance of sweet and spicy with a mellow, umami taste.
It tastes great cold, but it should be heated!
I can't stop drinking it with a glass of warmed sake.
