The last of our Nagoya drinking was at Chochin🍶.
The sake was so good that it renewed my belief that no sake made with Omachi rice is ever bad.
I think the high alcohol content (17-18) is part of the reason, but it has a robust flavor that stays in your mouth until the end ✨.
My favorite out of the 3 types we drank today 😊.
