Musubi Yui純米吟醸 雄町 生原酒
キム 大翔
It was the first sake brand I came in contact with through direct overseas purchasing. It tasted fantastic and gorgeous at the time, but perhaps it was because my palate has become more sophisticated, and the sake was sweet and featureless. But it is a sake full of memories. The last time I had it, it was a purple Yamadanishiki.
