Aomori apple juice, cherry smell.
Fermented sour apple juice, wine-like but sweet and sour, rich and strong fizz, very sour and sweaty, sometimes tingling when it hits the throat. Dry, sour umami aftertaste. Refreshing with an elaborate taste like drinking Aomori apple juice or a refreshing vinegar drink. Delicious. Sentori makes me happy when I drink it.
Vinegar when warmed. Looks more delicious when aged.
Day 2. Failure. It's frozen. Gas is also escaping from the gap in the crown.
Taste didn't change that much after freezing.
