First, it is served lukewarm.
The aroma is like melon and has a yellowish color.
The acidity and sweetness jumped out at me.
The sweetness stays on the tip of the tongue and entertains us. ☺️ It spreads to the middle of the tongue, and as the sweetness rounds out and relaxes, a hint of bitterness appears at the back of the tongue.
The sweetness you feel at first tastes like light melon juice 🍈.
Is this the taste of turtle tail? Delicious😄.
As it cools down, the sweetness becomes more pronounced.
Next, when served hot, the sweetness is emphasized. Recommended for those who like sweet taste.
Furthermore, when served slightly chilled, it is a dangerous drink with a thin melon flavor that jumps down your throat without any resistance, with absolutely nothing to catch your attention 🤪.
I usually don't pay any attention to this at all, but I noticed something on the back label: .........
The yeast is labeled as "Tohnoh University Isolated Strain".
The reason why I am interested in this is because my daughter is going to enter Tokyo University of Agriculture this spring 🙂.
It seems I found it by chance because of this connection 😉.
