Nose:
The nose is gentle and full.
Apricot, banana, sour cream, apricot curd, steamed rice, lilac.
Taste:
The attack is rather light, with a gentle sweetness. The acidity is round, and the bitterness remains with the flavor. Medium bodied and sharp. The aftertaste is rather short.
Impression:
The palate is full of aromas of fruit and lactic acidity.
Warmed Sake:
At around 30°C, it has a yogurt-like aroma and a full, rich taste with clean lactic acid flavors and umami.
