ひややっこ
This is the first time I drank Hiyaoroshi from Saku.
The aroma was sweet like pineapple, but the aftertaste was spicy.
When I drank it a week after opening the bottle, the aroma was the same, but the aftertaste became mellow and it became very easy to drink.
It's good to drink any kind of sake!
