Nanamizu's new sake 🍶I have had several bottles of Nanamizu and they have all been delicious, so I bought this new sake with high expectations.
Despite the low milling ratio of 70%, the aroma is gorgeous and fruity. The taste is strong in alcohol. Contrary to the aroma, there is little sweetness. The umami is not strong either. It has acidity and a good sharpness.
If I had drank this Nanamizu at the beginning of the brand, I might not have had a chance to buy it after that😅I felt that it was a little different from my taste. I felt that the same brand has a lot of variation in taste, at best, or at worst, it has a lot of blurring 🤔.
