59Takachiyo. 59% milling ratio (flat milling). 100% Morinokuma-san. Alcohol content 16%. The yeast used is Kyokai 1801. The refreshing sweetness and umami spread throughout the entire cup. I was going to have one cup, but I ended up having another one. It is light and easy to drink, so it goes down smoothly. This is delicious. I think I will end up drinking too much of it. I think it is a good sake to drink slowly with a meal.
