Akita Sake
Hanamura Omachi Junmai Ginjo
Hanamura is a sake produced by Ryoseki Shuzo, which received technical guidance from the 14th generation Takagi Shuzo. It is also very hard to find. I happened to find it at a liquor store in Shizuoka.
It is a new generation sake with a mellow, umami taste. The aroma is strongly grapey. It is not a fresh aroma like that of a Shine Muscat, but more like a sweeter and stronger aroma of a grape. When you take a sip, the sweetness of the fruit spreads in your mouth, and then you feel the deliciousness, which remains and disappears forever. This is delicious! I have been drinking only light and dry sake, but mellow umami-guchi is also good.

Akita has many really good sake. There are many delicious sake in Akita: "Yukino Kayasha," "Yamamoto," "Yuki no Bijin," "Isshaku Suisei," "Mansaku no Hana," and "Hanamup.
I found a liquor store in Ibaraki where I can buy "Hanamup", so I am special lucky.
