Kubota Shuzo, located in Sakai City, and its representative brand is Tomikukoma.
◉Soten Hippo Junmai Ginjo
A test sake made with Yamada-Nishiki FW1, a new sake rice variety bred from Yamada-Nishiki. It is a bit sweet, full-bodied, and refreshing.
Sagaminada in Kanagawa Prefecture and Fukukoma in Fukui Prefecture, both brewed by Kubota Shuzo. There was also a brewery in Hiroshima Prefecture that made Hishimasamune, but it seems to have gone out of business in 2020.
The famous Kubota brand is made by Asahi Shuzo, which is complicated.
