Fuji Taikan辛口初しぼり生 山田錦 純米酒

I like Morishima-san and Umami-sweet, but as a sake drinker, this might be more my type.
As the label says, it is dry and has a melon aroma.
It goes well with dishes with strong flavors.
I was supposed to take a picture before opening the bottle, but I forgot and drank much of it. 💦.
