風来望
Junmai sake brewed with Haenuki produced in Sakata
Indicated 18% alcohol by volume.
When the bottle was uncorked, an alcohol smell rather than a brewing aroma came up.
In the mouth, the alcohol passes through the nose with a strong dry acidity rather than the sake-like flavor of the rice.
The impression is a bit harsh.
Three days later, it rounded out a bit, and the rice-derived umami and mild aroma emerged.
After the equinoctial equinox, the days are getting shorter,
It is a sake to be enjoyed quietly while listening to the sound of insects.
This is a sake from the Tohoku region.
