つきしずく
Drinking out series
Hatsukaze no Mori meets a variant type using Shinsei yeast.
It is a fresh type with a sweet taste, but the sake taste is piercing.
The lingering aftertaste is slight, and the gaseous sensation is pleasant, making it a clean sake that can be drunk easily.
At first sip, I thought it would be good as a stand-alone sake, but it is so easy to drink that it would be fine with side dishes.
