The last one is Nanamizu.
55% polished rice but out of the normal range, so it is a normal sake.
It looks yellow, so it is assumed to have matured to some extent.
The aroma is still fruity but not fresh.
Instead, it has a little honey taste.
The taste is sweet with a bit of graininess.
Not a bad aging result for a fruity sake, but I'm not sure it tastes quite the same as the original.
Still, it is interesting that the degree of maturity is so different for the same production time and under the same storage conditions.
If it's not the right sake, it's better to drink it as soon as possible.
Since this is a one-time-only limited edition sake, I'll note the description on the back label:
Ripe passion fruit aroma.
Juicy flavor mixed with a crisp, clear acidity, making it easy to drink.
