The color is a light yellowish color.
The aroma is of fresh lactic acid citrus.
In the mouth, it is slightly carbonated. It is juicy with lemon and pineapple acidity and a hint of bitterness. In the second half, the bitterness and flavor of the lees spread slowly, and the aftertaste lingers softly. A hint of alcohol is also present.

If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would say the girl in "The Wind Rises" who did not receive Siberia.
In the middle of the story, Jiro, the main character, tries to "give" Siberia to children who seem to be waiting for their parents. But the older sister among them refuses. She is still small and pretty, but she is proud and proudly beautiful.
