A stylish hiyaoroshi bottle with a moon-viewing label. This was my first hiyaoroshi from Yokoyama.
The description said to drink it in a wine glass, so I had it in a sake wine glass.
From the moment it was poured, it had a fresh sweet aroma and tasted very sweet! It went perfectly with the eel, peiyaki, and salmon sashimi we had at the table.
As a result, today's table was full of the best matches, but I think it will be overwhelmed by dishes with light flavors, so you will have to choose what to pair it with. But it is very delicious!
