Mizubasho秋酒 純米吟醸ひやおろし
じじ
Nagai Shuzo is a brewery in Kawaba Village, Gunma Prefecture. They use water from Ozegahara, and their representative brand is skunk cabbage, perhaps in reference to Oze.
Since it is an autumn sake, I brought it with me on the weekend to accompany my autumn leaf viewing (using public transportation). It is a pleasant season to drink outside! The impression is that it is a dry sake with a slightly bitter taste and umami.
