When it works at room temperature, it has a strong aroma and is a traditional sake. People who dislike sake don't like the aroma and the slightly bitter, astringent taste when you drink it.
Warmed up, pork, eggplant and cabbage stir-fried with miso. Potatoes simmered in minced meat, onions and shimeji mushrooms with butter, etc., are not to be outdone by sakana! It was a nice sake with a lot of flavor.
I've been drinking a lot of light sake lately, but this is a traditional sake.
