disry
An unseasonal cherry blossom blizzard at the end of GW. I forgot when and where I bought it...
The aroma is grain-like. I also sense a grape-like quality, but maybe that's influenced by the color. There is a slight gassy feeling.
It is quite sweet, which is a bit disconcerting. It is better to drink it with a strong-flavored side dish than by itself. Strong acidity follows. There is a slight sense of maturity.
Finishes with a strong bitterness after the acidity. The lingering finish is full of a strong umami flavor.
I had forgotten about last year's, but I was surprised by its unexpected strength, as I thought it was somewhat refreshing and clean. This kind of Sentori may be possible.
