*This is a craft saké submission, not sake. This bottle arrived in this month's subs (Mimasu Club) from Mimasu Sake Brewery. It was brewed to celebrate the marriage of craft gin distiller Ayumu Yamaguchi. They use gin distillation residue as one of the ingredients. It tastes refreshing when mixed with tonic water.
