This is a sake that breaks through the common belief that the more highly polished the rice, the better the sake. They have spent seven years to make rice that they are satisfied with. In particular, about 10% of the total volume of one bottle of sake is directly pumped, and the carbon dioxide gas generated in the fermentation stage is sealed by a unique method, which is the so-called "rough running" part.
