Today is Sunday, rain. I returned from the vegetable garden and had a cup of sake.
I had sunflower seeds as snacks. They are good for cholesterol.
The first sip is like drinking sweet sake with little sweetness. It is thick. Nagano has good water (^o^)
It is characteristic of nigori sake to go smoothly because of its smooth taste. But this one has a refreshing taste. The aroma is not so strong, so it goes smoothly. (^o^)
