Savanna
Salmon! Bring me sake!
SAKASAI.
...I read it as shisui. LOL!
That was a review.
The aroma is elegant and mild ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is fresh and fruity, like a Japanese pear.
The basic taste is easy to drink, but the lingering bitterness lingers for an unexpectedly long time.
This is not a negative taste, but a very good one that gives the impression of a good drinking experience.
It is said to be a hidden popular sake. I can see why.
It is a freshly squeezed sake, fresh but with a slight gassy sensation.
After a few days, it became rounder.
It was delicious.
