One of the bottles ordered from Murakami City. The rice used for this sake is Koshi Tanrei, which is harvested in Murakami City. It has a gorgeous aroma of ginjo-shu, and the flavor of the rice makes it very dry. This is what they call "crisp and dry". It's an undisputedly delicious sake, but for me it was a bit too elegant.
