The alcohol content is 14%, making it easy to drink.
In the mouth, it has an apple-like sourness and sweetness that is typical of Hachisen.
It finishes with a slight bitterness and a pleasant lingering aftertaste. I paired it with taranobudo tempura and it was just too good 🎵.
