A lovely bottle with an autumnal label. I bought the label.
It has a strong acidity typical of Kamikigen. But it is also very tasty and has a sharpness to it.
It is a bit strong in flavor, so it was a winner with ahi jus and chicken sashimi, but it is simply delicious and a bottle was gone in no time at all.
