The aroma is mild, the taste is clean and crisp, and the sake is well-balanced and very easy to drink. There is a strange milky aroma at the end, but overall it is very tasty.
The flavor is a bit strong, so it may not go well with sashimi, but it goes very well with the motsu nabe we are having today.
